1. GENERAL ISSUES

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.

Once your order is in the status "ready to ship", "shipping" or "delivered", we cannot accept any changes to your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, it usually takes between 1-3 weeks for delivery. Most of our products are from the Orient, which makes delivery a little longer.

2. PAYMENT

WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We also offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE BILLED IN?

Currently, we only support the following currencies for billing our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD, and EUR.

If your credit or debit card uses another currency, you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the conversion rate for the currency you choose.

DO YOU OFFER AN INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTION?

No, payment must be made in full at checkout.

3. TRACKING AND DELIVERY

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE ?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date and the link to track your order (where the delivery method allows it).

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME?

If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

You may also need to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

4. RETURNS

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item must not have been used in any way
- The request for return or exchange is made within 14 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the request for return or exchange

- The reason must be a lack of conformity or damage to the product received

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept exchanges.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Returns to the United States are free. You can refer to the delivery note in your package to organize your return.

Returns outside the United States are the responsibility of the buyer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receipt of the package in our warehouse.

Once your return has been accepted, the refund, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our acceptance of your return.


IS THERE A GUARANTEE ?

We guarantee that all our products manufactured by us and sold through our online store are free from defects. We will gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item provided they meet the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item must not have been used in any way
- The request for return or exchange is made within 14 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the request for return or exchange
